Risk Assessment

this is our risk assessment, it is important to have a risk assessment because it allows you to say safe when on location filing. the main risks in our project seeing as it was a kitchen where slipping on wet floor and cutting ourselves on sharp objects such as knives. we filled out this form to make sure we prevented these things from occurring.
